SHIPPING POLICIES

U.S ORDERS:

  • FREE SHIPPING! (On all Domestic orders of $150 or more) No coupon codes needed. Offer valid for U.S. orders placed via Soniaskloset.com ship USPS (United States Postal Service).  www.soniaskloset.com. Shipping does not count towards the qualifying amount. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Cannot be combined with any other offers. QUALIFIES FOR STANDARD SHIPPING ONLY. EXPRESS AND PRIORITY SHIPPING ARE EXCLUDED.
  • PROCESSING TIME
  • All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-4 business days or sooner. Express orders are processed within 1 business day. We are only able to ship to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for  incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.  Please note; we do not manually input addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another. Please insure shipping address is correct. We are unable to process refunds for items sent to an address that was provided upon checkout that was incorrect. Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order. But we will do out best to get it to you. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself. 
  • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
  • Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
  • HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
  • Each order is shipped out of our fulfillment center in California.
  • All orders are verified, and shipped within 2-5 business days(excl. weekends).  holidays. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking number.
  • Once your order has been shipped, the estimated time of arrival is:  
  • USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)  
  • 4. Free Shipping (2-5 business days) 
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
  • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for you tracking information to update. Exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (excl. weekends) after receiving payment. We will ship the order as soon as the bank clears the payment.
  • Delivery via USPS may take up to 10 working days worldwide.
  • We are unable to track packages beyond the US borders.
  • Shipping cost is 30 USD.
  •  It is of high importance that you state the correct and precise shipping information.
  • We are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
  • We will inform you if the delay occurs. Please note, that delays may arise during holidays and sale periods.
  • Sonia’sKloset does not take responsibility for duties and taxes applied in the country of delivery.
  • Please note: Sonia’sKloset does not deliver to hotels.
  • CUSTOM FEES?
    A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be if any. If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us.
